Xavier Woods sent a message to the US men’s national soccer team ahead of their FIFA World Cup campaign.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup will begin tonight with the first match between the host nation Qatar and Ecuador. As is the case with every World Cup, USA will participate in this prestigious tournament. USA is part of Group B along with England, Iran and Wales.
The first match of their World Cup campaign will be against Wales on Tuesday. Despite not being considered the favorite to win the tournament, Team USA enjoys a lot of support. Even WWE Superstar Xavier Woods has sent a message to the team ahead of their campaign.
Former Tag Team Champion Xavier Woods recently stated on Twitter that he believes Team USA will win the World Cup.
“I…I believe…I believe that…I believe that we…I believe that we will win…I believe that we will win…I believe that we will win … I believe we will win,” Woods said.
Xavier Woods was disappointed after recently losing the record for longest reigning tag team champions
Last week, The New Day challenged The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. During the match, The New Day’s historical record for the longest tag team championship reign was also at stake.
However, after a hard-fought battle, The Usos emerged victorious and became the longest reigning Tag Champions in WWE history. Woods, who was clearly upset by the loss, recently took to Twitter to express his disappointment.
“Good lord @wwe I get it! Bloodline destroyed my reign as king. Bloodline took our longest reigning tag champs record. Now I’m pretending to be happy on Friday night First person to beat him in 2 years! But this WWERomanReigns stan account doesn’t want to talk about it,” Xavier Woods tweeted.

While The Bloodline is part of the WarGames match at Survivor Series, The New Day find themselves without a match. However, they recently defeated Imperium on SmackDown. So, we will have to wait and see if this leads to a match at Survivor Series or not.
