#5. batista
Batista is one of the biggest names in the wrestling community. The 6-time World Champion had a successful career in WWE before doing well in April 2019. The animal last featured in a No Holds Bard match against Triple H at WrestleMania 35.
While there was speculation of his possible induction into the 2020 Hall of Fame class, it did not come to fruition. However, PWInsider reported that the 53-year-old superstar could be included in the HOF next year. In such a situation, Batista can join next year’s program.
#4. Rob Van Damo
@therealRVD are you planning to do a show with WrestleMania in Los Angeles next year or @meet n greetings that week? Looking forward to meeting you after so many years. Would love to see you wrestle though
After teasing a possible return to WWE a while back, Rob Van Dam recently revealed on Twitter that he might be attending WrestleMania 39.
Although he has had a successful career at Stamford-based promotion, he is best known for his stint in ECW. His match against John Cena for the WWE Championship at ECW One Night Stand in 2006 is still fresh in the memory of every RVD fan.
On another note, it will be interesting to see what the creative team has in store for the former ECW Television Champion if he returns at WrestleMania 39.
#3. Randy Orton
Randy Orton has been out since May 2022 with a back injury. The Vipers last appeared on SmackDown in a tag team title unification match against The Usos, which they lost. Blood then brutally attacks Orton.
While there is a flurry of the return of Apex Predator at Royal Rumble 2023, nothing is off limits so far. A recent report has revealed that there is a lot of concern in the company about the seriousness of his injury.
Given that the Royal Rumble isn’t too far away, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Orton’s return to WWE is pushed back further. If that happens, WrestleMania 39 looks apt for The Viper’s spectacular return.
